ABOUT SYLVIA HAIG
 
I am a Civil Marriage Celebrant, and authorised by the Australian Government’s Attorney  General’s Department to solemnise marriages anywhere in Australia in accordance with the Marriage Act 1961.
 
I am a mature-age, young-at-heart, sincere, and friendly lady. After 20 years operating my own business (along with my husband) and dealing with the public, I find being a Marriage Celebrant an amazingly uplifting experience.
 
To guide, share, and observe the commitment of two people to a life together is an honour. It is this commitment that is the basis of our community and the future of our culture.
 
I regard it as an honour to be asked to conduct a marriage ceremony and therefore I only ever perform ONE ceremony  a day. I believe your “Special Day” is my focus.
 
I am happy to have an obligation free initial meeting with you to discuss your plans. I can assure you our association will be a warm, relaxed, fuss free and enjoyable from our first meeting to your wedding day.
